1957 body over a C5

This was one of my favorite "projects". Putting a 1957 body on a C5 chassis. I like the result but see for yourself. The body is from the Monogram 1957 Corvette (#2924) and the other parts are from the 1997 Corvette (Revell/Monogram #2490). I had to shorten the wheelbase because it was a bit too long but the rest fitted just nicely. Even the mufflers could be stock because they stayed within the body. No chrome on this car.
